Querétaro, México. A first-time mom in her early thirties, sharing a small upstairs apartment with her partner above the family's ferretería near the aqueduct. Her bebé turned six months old this season. The pediatra greenlit sólidos at the four-month appointment, and since then the kitchen has been the busiest room in the house: one Sunday she tries papilla, the next she leaves the spoon on the tray and lets the bebé reach for cooked avocado. Has gone through three Hotmart courses on alimentación complementaria — one finished start-to-finish, one she keeps reopening when the high chair turns into a battlefield, one she paid for and never came back to. Holds no formal credentials in pediatrics, nutrition or feeding therapy — no nutricionista training, no IBCLC certification, no early-intervention background. Just a mom keeping a notebook in the kitchen, mostly between naps, trying to figure out what works one Tuesday at a time.
